Renewal of Vehicle's License

Posted by Shyle on 9:58 PM in ,
Renewing Vehicle's License here in the Philippines is not really easy. It is expensive too. There are many fees which I couldn't understand sometimes what is it for and why is it much expensive. Even getting a mere certificate as one of the requirements costs Php 100.00. But we have nothing to do as a vehicle owner, we need to acquire it in order to renew our vehicle especially my motorcycle for hire. My motorcycle helps us a lot because it earns a rental of Php120.00 per day. With it, I can already buy 1 kilo of fish or other needs, lol. It is not enough really but it helps a lot.

Before I went to the Land Transportation Office (LTO) this morning, I see to it that I have the Confirmation Slip of the franchise renewal and the Tax Clearance with me. I brought also the Official Receipt (OR) and CR and money. We agreed with the driver to meet at 8:30 A.M. at Te Petron Emission Testing but he didn't come on time. So I went first at the Office to get a stencil form.

After it was tested, I renewed the vehicle's insurance too. What a shame when my money is not enough, hehehe. It was lacking with one hundred pesos. Good for me that the clerk is my friend. She processed it and let me borrow money. She was jsut the one forwarding my papers to the LTO office and promised to send messages only when it is done. What an experience! That was the lesson I learned today,"It is good to bring an allowance money in order not to be shamed in front of somebody."

I went to First Valley Bank after and withdrawn my savings there. While waiting for my friend's text, I went to school to entertain some enrollees. It is stil a fruitful day for me. I had talked my friends at school, meet some parents and students before. Though I have no enough time at school yet I have let the students sweep the dried leaves. As the text was received, I immediately went to LTO again and picked the new OR.

Summer Vacation 2011

Posted by Shyle on 4:46 AM in ,
Summer vacation is the most awaited time when it's still school days. I was thinking of resting and spending my time in different places where I could relax my heart and mind. Yet, i'ts not that easy to do when you have no wings to fly because of the fact that it's really expensive to travel these days. However, I'm still planning to go to one of the beautiful places here in the Philippines if I could have enough in my pocket.

After, the division checking of our Deped Forms, I had just stay home. I spend most of my time in the computer checking my fb and yahoo emails, blogging, and photo editing. I can forget the time when I'm in front of my desktop, however, I could not stay long because my eyes can't tackle after 2 hours. I do some household chores too. I have arranged my important documents and burned the unusable ones. I witnessed my JL, brother and father playing tennis during their commercial game. I really enjoyed watching them. When one afternoon I decided to hold a tennis racket and started to play it. Since I was holding it at the first time, the balls went so far outside the court. I thanked God when my father got so many balls and used it to train me. I felt very tired after practicing, but I did not surrender until I learn. Today is the third day of my training and I felt I am improving already.

I have so many plans this summer vacation. Aside from learning the tennis sports, I wanted to know pedicab driving too. I already know how to drive single motor. Since I own a pedicab, I want to learn it also. But I have to find time for it because my father is still busy spreading the words of God at Sta. Ana, Aloran, Misamis Occidental. They have two months mission there together with his partner Mark Gee Batapa.

Actually, we have a seminar started last Monday but I decided not to attend on it in order to spend all my time with my family to relax and feel the summer vacation to the fullest. I just want to rest from school works and activities because I know this coming June, the beginning of school year 2011 -2012, will be very busy. I just want to feel the excitement of seeing another set of Grade III pupils I will have next school year. However, I still have plan of arranging all my documents there in school, structuring again my classroom and repaint, but maybe I will do it during the Brigada Eskwela.

I have meditated also for how many days after the closing exercises. I was thinking of my lovelife, my family and future. I was so emotionally drained the past days that I wanted to do something in my life just to find the answers of my confusion. And I thanked God so much for guiding me on what to do in my life. I have gradually recovered my energy and getting stronger this time. It's not really easy to become the sole provider of the family when you're strenght will be gone. I really find and take again where my strength is through the help of some friends. I am just hoping that all I do now is not against His will. I am happy with this and really wished to make this dream come true. Because our strength, really make us happy since he came yet I'm still observing and weighing of all the things happened in my life. On the next school year, JL will be enrolling in college already eventhough I am bury with debts already, God knows I am recovering it through my sideline business so that I can send him to a good school for his education and future.

I am just hoping that one day, God will send the best man for us.

Huhuhu, My Cellphone Was Stolen!

Posted by Shyle on 3:20 AM in
Today is the first day of class this new year. We were very happy greeting with each other. And excited to teach new lesson to my pupils. I sent text to some of my friends and to my dear textmate. I told him that I was about to sleep at noontime after I have eaten my lunch. I was alone inside my classroom resting. But before I fell aslept I saw two of my pupils getting their bag. I had a sound sleep for 15 minutes, when other pupils were making noise. I got up and find my cellphone which was place beside me where I slept. However, I cannot find it. How sad I am. I asked help to my co-teacher. She dialed my number. The thief answered and end the call. I had tried to ask the pupils whom I saw inside the room, yet they refused and cried.

I decided to report it to the police and radio station. I confronted the parents of the pupils and asked help to them. Hopefully, my cellphone will be returned to me. It is really valuable to me aside from having a sentimental value. I really love my cellphone as I love myself.

Now, I'm trying to contact smart because I decided to block it in order not to be used also by the thief.

A Remarkable Day

Posted by Shyle on 6:57 PM in ,
I was absent yesterday afternoon for important matters which I need to be done. At 12:00 noon, I went to Jarls Lending company to meet my customers there. You will wonder why I have customers from that company aside from my real clients in education. It's just about a sideline business. I was happy because I had collected some amount for the payment of their credits from me and purchased many items to be paid in August. I had finished my business there for 30 minutes when my mother texted me to go home because we will attend the necrological service of my relatives family whom our lola passed away and to be buried 1 meter below the ground yesterday. I went home but nobody was left. I looked for my key but it was not in my bag. Ohhh! I was thinking of how to get inside the house. I really need to open the house to take my lunch and get my pack bag to be ready for our appointment at 3 p.m. But when I tried to open the door, it was not locked by my mother so I had went inside. I ate my lunch and prepared some of things to be brought in the hospital. Why I will go to the hospital?hehe. We had agreed with my colleagues to have a medical check up at Misamis University Hospital at Ozamiz City and travel at 3 pm. That's why I have to bring my things because after the necrological service we will travel already.

At 3 p.m, we waited for a bus but unfortunately we had rode at 4 p. m. already and reached there at 5 p.m. I was in hurry and wanted to be admitted in the hospital immediately because at 6 p.m I have another appointment online because yesterday was the birthday of my beloved partner in life. I need to meet him online because it was a special day for him and we're far away from each other. But the hospital did not accept us because there was no room for us in the hospital. There were many patients wherein only the ICU and surgical ward is available. Ohhh! What a day! We had nothing to do but to go back on our way home and decided to go back to the hospital next friday. My co-teacher invited us to eat first before going home, So we ate our dinner at Jollibee. I always looked at my watch because of my appointment online. It was already 6 o'clock when we finished eating.

We went to the bus terminal but when we reached there, there were many passengers waited for a bus. I was so worried already of not meeting him online. Yet I decided to ride in a van so I can really go home ahead of them because they will not ride in a van vehicle. Fortunately, I had accommodated in a van vehicle together with one of my co-teachers who decided to ride in a van too. Our van departed at 6:15 p.m. I was very happy at first thinking that I can still meet my date online. He sent me a message at that time that he was online already but I asked him to wait for me.

But, an accident happened. Our vehicle bumped a motorcycle which crossed the street without noticing us. The side mirror and brake of our vehicle was damaged but I still thanked God that no one of the passengers got hurt. Yet, the driver and conductor wanted the motorcycle driver pay the damages. That's why we transferred to another vehicle. We waited for 5 minutes to ride another vehicle to send us home. At 6:30 p.m we had rode another van and sent us home.

I thanked God for sending us home safely and met my partner, lover and hubby to be online who is working in KSA now.

Life Is Too Short

Posted by Shyle on 5:30 AM in
My close co-teacher and I agreed to visit some of our colleagues this morning because of their town feast. We happily rode on my single motorcycle going to their house when we knew that both of us didn't know their houses. We just stopped in the middle of the road when we saw our district guidance counselor and brought us in the home of her son-in-law. We ate and got full. But then we proceed to the house of one of our administrators in the district and met some of our colleagues there. We laughed and talked about our experiences during the election day while eating. Then we decided to go to the house of another administrator in the district. We just sat and talked to them in the sense that we were very full already. We exchanged jokes and went home after.

I reached home at 3:00 p.m., had rested for 1 hour and decided to go back to the city to buy a new seat cover for my motor. When unexpectedly my close co-teacher informed me through text that one of our administrators, the one who was visited last, died. I thought it was a joke. Many of us couldn't really believe of the news. However, it was really confirmed its true. We went to the hospital where he was brought and informed other administrators and teachers about the sad incident.

Life is really too short. We do not know when will God get back our life. Many of us have realized that it's time to change lifestyle, less meat, softdrinks and most especially go back to God's side.

What's The Real Cause?

Posted by Shyle on 8:24 PM in
Where is Peace? Why is it so hard to attain? How could we experience a peaceful world where no more troubles, fights and wars ?

We were really disturbed by the incident happened in Ozamiz City the other day when we're riding a single motorcycle going home to Oroquieta City with my co-teachers. The road was very traffic. There were many vehicles and passengers got stranded because of the unexpected killing of a multi-cab driver inside his managed vehicle. There were many passengers who rode at the back seat of his multi-cab and one beside him. According to the police investigator who was assigned in that place, the driver was killed by an identified person who wore helmet and rode in a single motorcycle. The road was not passable by big vehicles at that time but since we're using single motors, we had made to pass easily. It took us 30 minutes to went away from the place where big crowd of people surrounded the area.

It was our first time to see a dead man who was killed using gun inside his own vehicles. It was really a terrible killing. They easily stopped a person's life just for their own human interest. The police still have no suspects of the killing incident. People were confused whether the main reason of killing is in connection with the coming election or not.

We must always bear in mind that God is the owner of our lives and He has the right to stopped it as well.

It's Nice To Be Happy!

Posted by Shyle on 5:12 AM in
It's the third day of our summer vacation but only this day I felt relax and enjoy with the whole family. I have rested more and spent enough time with the whole family including my parents, brothers, sister-in-law, niece and nephew. We enjoyed talking together. We laughed and shared different experiences in our lives. Three of us are teachers so we have things in common to share of.

The kids enjoyed playing also online games and other games that they like to play. Early this morning, they played tennis. After that, they went home and ate breakfast. Then, they played online games. And after eating lunch they had played hide and seek. It's really nice to see them happy doing healthy activities without any troubles and fights.

At three in the afternoon, I prepared spaghetti using half-kilo of pasta. When it was cooked, all of them were bringing saucers and seated in the dining table. So I served it even it's still hot. I can't really describe my feelings of the enjoyment and happiness I felt this day. It's really nice to be happy!

Enjoying My Assigned Task?

Posted by Shyle on 8:12 AM in
I was very busy cutting letters for the decoration on stage last week as the chairman of the Decoration Commitee for the Graduation and Recognition Program. It was not really easy to be tasked as chairman of that committee for I was preparing it for three days. I have five members but sad to say they did not appear and help. That's why I did it by myself alone.

ENJOYING MY TASK IN ORDER NOT TO BE STRESSED

THE DAY BEFORE THE GRADUATION DAY ( I'M PROUD OF MY WORK, SORRY, THE PIC IS BLURRED)

THEY APPRECIATED MY WORK...IT'S NICE, RIGHT? LOL

Bad Romance by Lady Gaga

Posted by Shyle on 7:24 AM in
Yesterday, my pupils were practicing their intermission number for the coming recognition day on March 29, 2010. The music they have chosen was entitled, "Fire". All the steppings for the dance were created by the pupils. It was so amazing for Grade III pupils who can create a good dance steps already. I was very happy observing them when one Grade IV pupil approached me and said that they are using "Fire" dance music too for their dance number and their teacher requested us to change our music. It was so sad to think about it. My pupils felt so down and sad too. That's why I was looking for another music for my pupils. When I got home yesterday, I immediately opened my desktop and searched for another dance music. One of our neighbors sang "ra-ra-rarara......." and it gave me an idea to choose "Bad Romance by Lady Gaga". I downloaded it and burned on a blank CDRW.

I presented it to my pupils this morning and played it on our DVD player. They danced and danced. They were so excited to dance with the new dance music and started to create dance steps. I started to dance too and helped them finish the dance steps. It was really a great time and experience dancing with my pupils today. We really enjoyed the moment and successfully finished the creative dance steps using the "Bad Romance" dance music.

A Wonderful Morning

Posted by Shyle on 4:53 AM in

My eyes still wanted to close as I awoke this morning but the sun had risen already and lighted the whole world. I pulled up the window curtain to cover the rays of the sun that struck on the glass of the window but I felt warm and sweats came out from my body. I turned-on the standfan, covered my eyes with blanket and slept again. I had napped for an hour when my mother awakened me by her noise upon giving directions to my son on preparing our breakfast. Then she went out and looked for "Handilib-on" leaves, a herbal medicine used as a treatment for my younger brother who is suffering from his cough for three days already. I still felt sleepy but woke up and kneeled down to say words of prayer to the Lord. And I thanked Him for the wonderful morning I had.

How 2010 treats every Filipino People

Posted by Shyle on 2:10 AM in
The year 2009 marked a great spot to the hearts of the Filipino people as tragic events caught them by surprise.

Everybody from different walks of life was saddened from the nation’s lose of someone who has been a great part of the lives of the Filipino people. An icon acknowledge worldwide because of the sacrificed and great deeds she has left in our country and the freedom she has given to her people in exchanged of her own freedom to live a normal life. She is a woman of substance, reasons and has undying faith that binds the Filipino people to stand up for the truth, a mother and a father to her children and the children of our nation. She brought the Filipino people into unity and together achieved the democracy longed for so many years.
Once again the Filipino people were seen united, mourning as they lined up on the streets going to the Manila Cathedral to see for the last time the remains of the nation’s mother. Filipinos give back their undying gratitude to the mother of democracy who had served them for a long time.

A month after this incident happened the people nationwide were alarmed as typhoon Ondoy hits Luzon and flooded several cities which caused the loose of many lives and properties. It was indeed a very tragic event that brought so much pain to the victims and all the Filipinos who saw how the lives and properties of the victims were carried by the strong current from the water.
The Filipino people have not yet recovered when another typhoon hit Luzon which is typhoon Pepeng and again destroyed lives and properties. With these tragedies the Filipino people showed there compassion and hand in hand touch the lives of the victims through the sympathy, relief goods , cash donations and love that the Filipino people give to help them start again with their lives and be able to laugh again despite their lose .
In this year of the metal tiger, Filipinos hope for a better life and future. 2010 is another year for the Filipinos as the change of governance occurs this 8th of May. Filipinos are expecting for change, for development and economic stability. But people feared that this year might be very difficult for them, especially to the least ones. Nobody is yet sure if the change of governance will also change the future of the people.
We can’t really predict the future so nobody knows what will happen so we better be ready to face all the trials that might come our way in this year of metal tiger. If this year will be great then let us all praise God for His love.

A Busy Day

Posted by Shyle on 3:29 AM in
I woke up at 5:00 o'clock this morning when my alarm clock rung. I started the day with a big smile to the Lord and thanked Him for the pleasant new day for me.

At school, my co-teachers greeted me also with a sweet smile as I logged in at the office. My pupils also uttered morning greetings for me and started cleaning their assigned area. I started the day right and did many things in preparation for the National Achievement Test which will be conducted on Wednesday, March 3, 2010.

I have done what I planned accomplish this day when my co-teacher told me that we have orientation for the coming election at Cagayan de Oro City, Dynasty Hotel on Wednesday too. I was a little bit worried due to the conflicting schedule of the National Achievement Test for Grade III. I don't want to leave my pupils on that day but due to the order of the Commission on Election and our Division Office, I really need to attend it.
