It's My Fault

Posted by Shyle on 4:11 AM in

Our five day NEPP training and seminar has just ended today. It was a very successful one despite the heartaches and pain that we felt. But one thing that I'm worried of is the AVR of the generator which we only borrowed from MOST High School of Pines, Oroquieta City. I am really very sad of what had happened when the transformer of the AVR exploded and I was not there because I took my snack.

I was not the one connecting the cable wires to the outlets when there were brown outs. However, I helped the assigned operator and I'm very guilty because I did not know that AVR has less power capacity than the electronics connected . That's the reason why it exploded.

I was not the assigned multi-media operator on that seminar but I assisted her. I was not reprimanded by our Division EPS, only the assigned operator. However I am still guilty because I know that I have fault also for not checking the capacity of the AVR. I knew that we were all innocent on the power operation, I don't know whom to blame the incidents. I am just hoping that it would be settled before the owner will get disappointed.

uh oh... well that's what we call accidents...

try to check the fuse first of the avr. I think it was overloaded. And well i dont know what kind of avr is that but some will fix it for just a cheap price.
