Avoid Mesothelioma Cancer

"It's better to prevent than to cure", that is what my mother always reminding me. But how can construction workers prevent those asbestos mineral fibers on air that we unintentionally exhale? I have learned that Mesothelioma are known to be caused by asbestos which is a mineral fiber. It is really hard to avoid these especially if you are working with a construction company which uses asbestos. When the worker can inhale the asbestos fibers which are floating in the air it will go inside the human lungs which leads to mesothelioma cancer. The saddest thing that may happen is that it will be carried to human's abdomen and will possible reach the heart. Major organs will be afflicted which is hard to cure or resolve. Therefore, it is a need for all of us to have a yearly check-up to detect the deadly virus earlier which will make our human body system not functioning and probably result to death.
