Division Reading and Checking of DepEd Forms

Division Reading and Checking of DepEd Forms is the final reading and checking of forms with the Education Supervisor Monitor and the committee members . The committee in every grade level is composed of 3 members. And I am one of them in the sense that I am assigned in the central school in our district and our house is located near the school.

I woke up early this morning and went to school at 8:00 A.M. . I was anticipating that our ES monitor and Chairman of our Committee in Grade III will come early. But it's really funny because I was the earliest bird who first arrived in the school. The telephone in the District Office was always ringing. I went up in the office and gladly saw the newly hired teacher in the district answering the phone. I asked her who was calling after their conversation. I was a little bit worried when she said, " The ES monitor called and said she is coming." I texted our chairman and other member immediately to relay the message left by our ES. I was glad when they answered that they were coming. After a while, our ES monitor came. She requested first the Grade V committee to prepare the Forms in order to be checked , however they were not ready yet. We volunteered to be the first batch in the reading and checking of forms so we can relax early too. Our ES Monitor agreed but still we're worry of the work of the other teachers especially the newly hired and retireable ones. Our ES Monitor really found 5 teachers who have errors in filling up the data of the forms, however, they have recorded it to assist those teachers. When my forms were scan, I felt nervous and worried if they can find errors. But thanks to God that there is none. We finished doing our task for one hour and felt relax afterward.
