Trainings
My trials for the preparation of the NEPP training tomorrow is not really easy. I'm about to surrender and leave my assigned task because I thought I can't already overcome it. But I am very thankful to my co-mentor Mrs. Nimfa Magsayo, a newly-promoted Head Teacher who was always at my side, supported and helped me on accomplishing the task assigned to me. We are 40 mentors in all in the Division including the Regional Mentors but only 10% among the members helped. These bad things happened because of the span of time given to us for the preparation. without clear division of works needed to be accomplished. Imagine we were given only 2 days to prepare the venue, physical facilities, etc. We were really stressed. Now I wanted to rest but we still need to prepare the bedding for this training Regional Monitoring Team. We are only two mentors who resided near our venue so we were assigned also to prepare the room and bedding of our visitors. Mrs. Gloria Cada and Mrs. Angie Buaron are our visitors who will stay at the Supervisor's Office of Pines Central School for 5 days to monitor our training. However, we are very glad to know that they are very simple and approachable.
